Sophie joined the team in January 2026 as our Office Manager, bringing with her a strong background in legal administration and office management.

She began her career at a law firm in Haywards Heath, where she progressed from Administrative Assistant to Private Client Assistant and, through dedication and experience, advanced to Office Manager within five years.

Sophie later moved to a financial services firm, where she worked as Legal Services Manager providing managerial support to develop a growing business alongside assisting with client matters.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, and cooking — particularly baking.

Calm, well-organised, and highly capable, Sophie is a welcome addition to our friendly team, and we are delighted to have her with us.
