Legal services that won't break the bank
The following types of matter can typically be conducted for a fixed fee so you know exactly how much you will pay:
Wills
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Declarations of Trust
Equity Release Matters
First Registration
For probate and divorce matters we can provide a fee estimate based on our considerable experience. We will keep in touch with you about fees throughout the matter so that you are always kept up to date with progress and the value of fees that have been incurred to date.
Sometimes we have to charge for things outside of our control, and we call these disbursements. These are third-party costs that a solicitor pays on behalf of a client as part of delivering legal services. These are not part of the solicitor’s own fees, but are necessary expenses incurred to progress a matter.
Common examples of disbursements include:
Court fees
Land Registry fees
Barrister or expert witness fees
Management packs
Search fees
Bankruptcy checks
ID checks
We will provide a quote to you, based on our understanding of your matter, which will include likely disbursements
